Go to control panel / windows firewall / advanced settings / OUTBOUND rules and look for gtav.ĭO NOT remove it there is a rule there - unless you are absolutely sure the mods are gone. If you rightclick gtav on steam - properties - launch options - that should be empty. Is there a commandline.txt in your gtav dir (whats in it)
